StreamVault IPTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services including live television channels, video on demand (VOD) content, and catch-up TV features. Our service is delivered over the internet and requires a compatible device and a stable broadband connection. We offer subscription-based access to our content library, which includes over 15,000 live channels and 40,000+ VOD titles from various countries and genres.
3. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are available in various durations including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans. Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments can be made through the payment methods specified on our website. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Free Trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial to new users. The trial provides full access to our channel list and VOD library. No payment information is required to start a trial. The trial is limited to one per household and is intended to allow potential customers to evaluate our service quality before purchasing a subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use StreamVault IPTV services for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes only. You must not redistribute, resell, or share your subscription credentials with individuals outside your household unless you have purchased a multiroom or reseller plan. You must not attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures applied to our service. You must not use our service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
8. Content Availability
Channel availability and VOD content are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the advertised channel count and content library, but specific channels or titles may be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable due to source feed issues, licensing changes, or technical factors.
9. Reseller Terms
Resellers operate under additional terms specific to the reseller programme. Credits purchased under reseller packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Resellers are responsible for managing their own customer relationships and providing first-line support to their end users. StreamVault IPTV provides infrastructure support to resellers through dedicated channels.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
StreamVault IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
